  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

  • We accept credit cards and electronic payment only. No cash accepted.

Refunds & Adjustments

  • All services are non-refundable once completed.

  • Please notify us during your appointment if you are dissatisfied so we can address your concerns promptly.

  • Complimentary service adjustments are available within 7 days of the original service.

7-Day Chip-Free Guarantee (No-Chip Manicure w/ Strengthening & Gel Extensions)

  1. Customer Assurance – We guarantee durability for 7 days.

  2. Industry Standard – Most professional products are designed to last this timeframe.

  3. Product Performance – Aligns with manufacturer specifications.

  4. Customer Habits – Gives clients time to notice issues.

  5. Wear & Tear – After a week, damage is usually due to normal use.

  6. Manage Expectations – Helps set fair boundaries.

  7. Limit Abuse – Prevents misuse of unlimited free touch-ups.

  8. Feedback Loop – Allows us to adjust techniques or products if needed.

Late & No-Show Policy

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

  • All sales are final.

Privacy Policy

Client Information

Photography & Videography

  • Permission required before taking client photos/videos.

No Pets Policy

  • No pets allowed in the salon (dogs, cats, birds, etc.).

  • Service animals (as defined by the ADA) are welcome. Please notify staff in advance.
