Retail Return Policy

Effective Date: October 2025

All retail sales at Lumi Nails & MedSpa are considered final to maintain the integrity, hygiene, and safety of all clients.

No Returns or Exchanges: Due to health and sanitation regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, skincare, cosmetics, or nail items.

Defective or Damaged Items: If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will inspect the product and, if approved, issue a replacement or store credit.

Gift Cards & Packages: Gift cards, memberships, and treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Online Purchases: For online retail orders, shipping costs are non-refundable. Claims for damages must be made within 7 days of delivery.
