Welcome to Lumi Nails & MedSpa, a luxury nail salon and medical spa located in Chicago, Illinois.

By accessing our website, booking services, purchasing products, enrolling in memberships, or receiving services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use our services or website.

💼 Services Overview

Lumi Nails & MedSpa offers:

• Russian manicures and nail services

• Pedicures

• Advanced facials and skin treatments

• Laser services (including Clear + Brilliant or similar)

• Medical aesthetic services (Botox, dermal fillers, PRF, EZ Gel, etc.)

• Membership programs

• Retail and future e-commerce products

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

📅 Appointments & Booking

• All appointments must be booked through our approved booking system (including Boulevard) or directly with Lumi staff

• A valid card on file may be required to secure appointments

• You agree to provide accurate and complete booking information

Lumi reserves the right to refuse or cancel appointments at its discretion.

⏰ Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To respect our providers’ time and maintain a premium experience:

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations may result in a fee

• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service

• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions

All fees are charged to the card on file.

💳 Payments & Pricing

• Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated

• We accept major payment methods as processed through our system

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice

• Promotional pricing is limited-time and cannot be applied retroactively

Lumi reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

🎁 Refund & Return Policy

Services

• All service sales are final

• Results are not guaranteed and may vary by individual

Retail Products

• Unopened retail products may be eligible for return or exchange within a specified timeframe (at Lumi’s discretion)

Memberships & Packages

• Memberships, packages, and prepaid services are non-refundable unless required by law

💎 Membership Terms

If you enroll in a Lumi membership:

• You agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan

• Membership benefits are non-transferable unless explicitly stated

• Unused services may expire based on membership terms

• Cancellation policies and notice periods apply

Lumi reserves the right to modify membership structures with reasonable notice.

📸 Photography & Media Consent

Lumi may take before-and-after photos for:

• Treatment documentation

Photos will not be used for marketing without your explicit consent.

If you opt into marketing:

• You may receive promotional emails or text messages

• You can unsubscribe anytime via email link or by replying STOP to texts
